Flower tea add-ons
Our peony tea: Peony flowers are organically grown at Moa Stone Estate, handpicked at their prime, rolled into ‘dragon balls’ and dried in the sun. This golden tea is healthy, floral and pleasantly bitter, and in Traditional Chinese Medicine, is known to be soothing and promote wellness.
Our sacred lotus tea: Whole, dried sacred lotus flowers make a calming golden tea. This tea is caffeine-free, sweetly floral and has undertones of vanilla and anise. Our organic, spray-free flowers are picked in their prime and dried in the sun.
Brewing notes
Both teas can be drunk hot or cold, and should each be steeped for five minutes. One peony flower can make up to five infusions, while one lotus flower can make up to three. Store the flowers in a dry, cool place.
