Intimate Elopements at Moa Stone Estate
Every couple is different. Some dream of an intimate ceremony surrounded by nature, while others wish to immerse themselves in the flower farm and celebrate over several days.
Our elopement experiences are designed to be personal, private, and deeply connected to the landscape of Moa Stone Estate.
To preserve the peaceful nature of the estate and ensure a quality experience for all guests, celebrations conclude by 10:00pm.
All experiences are available by enquiry and subject to availability.
We have the following packages available:
The Garden Elopement
From NZD $1,100
Experience duration: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
A beautifully intimate celebration surrounded by seasonal flowers, tranquil water gardens, and the privacy of the estate.
Perfect for couples seeking a meaningful ceremony with their closest loved ones.
Included:
- Access to the estate from 1:00pm with time for preparation
- Exclusive use of the estate for your ceremony
- Choice of ceremony location within the gathering space, gardens or at the creek bridge
- Access to the flower and water gardens for photography
- Use of the estate gathering space and its facilities
- Two double bud vases with flowers from the farm
- Two glass bowls with floating flowers
- Access to guest amenities and parking
- The gathering space gives access to glassware, refrigeration, and power
- Seating for up to 12 guests, with capacity for up to 30 guests
- Total of 12 included, additional guests charged $20 per person
A relaxed and elegant way to begin your married life together.
The Signature Flower Elopement
From NZD $2,950
Experience duration: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
For couples wanting to savour the day at a slower pace and wishing to weave time to celebrate with their guests surrounded by flowers more deeply into their celebration.
Included:
- Everything from The Garden Elopement, plus:
- No additional fees up to a maximum of 30 people
- Access to the estate from 1:00pm with time to prepare and settle in
- Use of the gathering space with all facilities throughout your big day
- Time and space to celebrate, relax, and share the evening with your guests
- Photography throughout the estate capturing the soft diffused light during the magic hour
- Departure by 10:00 pm
- Seasonal bridal bouquet
- Groom’s boutonnière
- One feature floral arrangement for your ceremony, signing table, or celebration table
Using seasonal blooms grown on the farm wherever possible, every floral piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect your chosen style and color palette, creating a beautifully cohesive look throughout your celebration.

The Moa Stone Retreat Elopement
From NZD $4,450 Midweek
From NZD $5,450 Weekend
Our most immersive, private and romantic experience.
Arrive, settle in, marry, celebrate, and wake up together overlooking the flower farm and Mount Karioi.
Included:
- Everything from The Signature Flower Elopement, plus:
- Two-night stay in the Love Nest Retreat for two guests
- The Love Nest decorated with matching flowers, extending the cohesive look throughout your experience
- Private access to the retreat before, during and after your ceremony
- A peaceful space for preparation and getting ready
- Wedding night accommodation close to the gathering space
- Estate access throughout your stay
- Check out at 11am and later check-out when available
This experience allows you to slow down, savour the moment, and enjoy your wedding as a complete getaway rather than a single day.
Two-night experience
Guests staying in the Love Nest Retreat may arrive from 1:00pm on the day of check-in and enjoy the estate throughout their stay.
The retreat experience includes a full-day elopement celebration from 11am till 10pm, with the added luxury of arriving before the wedding day and waking up married on the flower farm.
