Growing notes
The seeds come with clear growing instructions, have a high germination rate and can be planted at any time of the year. Lotuses are happiest in the warmest, most wind-sheltered spot on your deck, garden or a sunny spot in your house. Ensure you keep the water temperature above 16°C, otherwise, the plant will go dormant and wake up again when temperatures rise.

Please note: Sacred lotus grown from seed can show natural variation in flower color; “blue” tones in Nelumbo nucifera are often subtle and are not guaranteed in first or subsequent blooms.
